Rosemary Theresa (D'Ercole) Kio, affectionately known as Rosie to those she held dear, was called to her eternal rest on March 20, 2024, in Wallingford, Pennsylvania, at the venerable age of 74. Born on July 7, 1949, in Springfield, PA, USA, she embarked on a journey marked by a profound humility and an unwavering dedication to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Rosie was a humble servant of the Lord, her life a testament to the grace of God. She was a beacon of hope and a fervent prayer warrior, whose every action was a reflection of her deep and abiding faith. With a heart full of gratitude, she served as a tireless Evangelist, spreading the Good News and touching countless souls with her compassionate spirit and boundless love for her Creator and all of His creation.
She leaves behind a legacy of faith in her cherished daughter, Michelle Michaels, and son-in-law Jason Michaels, along with her treasured grandchildren Angelica and Jacob. Her spirit lives on through her daughter Melissa Kio, son-in-law Jonattan Leano, and the lights of her life, her grandchildren Michael, Amber and Sabrina Manfredo, Westley Taylor, Celeth Holloway, Amaris & Karuna Leano. Her memory is honored by her brother, Master Larry D'Ercole, sister-in-law Master Leslie D'Ercole Salinas, her adored nephews Angelo & Giordano D'Ercole, her beloved niece Gianina D'Ercole, her brother Stephen D'Ercole, nieces Bonnie Johnson & Christine D'Ercole, and nephews Matthew D'Ercole & Sean Worthington.
She was preceded in her journey to the Kingdom of Heaven by her parents, Victor A. D'Ercole & Rita B. Wolf D'Ercole, her sister Dolores D'Ercole Worthington, her brother Victor C. D'Ercole, and her nephew William J. Worthington III.
A sacred gathering to honor Rosemary's passage into the arms of our Savior will be held on March 26, 2024, at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Cemetery, 626 Baily Rd, Yeadon, PA 19050, in the serene repose of section 34.
In her passing, Rosemary "Rosie" Kio leaves behind a world enriched by her presence. Her soul, a harmonious hymn of devotion, will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
