Michael is survived by his son Michael and his daughter-in-law Glenna DeRosa, as well as, his three grandchildren, Katie Ellen DeRosa, Journi L. He is also predeceased by his son David who passed on July 4, 2018. Losing his son and wife broke his heart and now he can finally see them both again.
Although he started his professional career in Chemical Engineering, he quickly changed to his true calling of being a junior high and high school teacher in the School District of Philadelphia. Michael was an avid hobbyist who dabbled in massage therapy, government auctions and continuous building projects.
Michael was cremated at Raffeo-DiCecco Memorial Home in Norristown. He is no longer in pain, finally reunited with his wife & son and at peace.
