Maria Esther Jimenez, 70 años de edad, querida madre de dos y amada esposa de esposo difunto Luis Rodriguez, fallesio en las tardes horas de el 22 de Julio despues de una larga y valiente batalla con ALS. Maria nacio en el año 1953 en Morovis, Puerto Rico y se crio rodeada por una familia humilde, cariñosa, y trabajadora. Ella era una de siete hermanas con muchas tias, tios y primos de quien ella a menudo recordaba con gran nostalgia. En sus años de adolecencia ella le encantaba cantar y se emparejaba a duet con su hermana Margarita en la escuela. Cuando ella era soltera, ella hizo posible el sueño de construir una casa para su mama y papa. Maria fue grandemente influenciada por su familia y fue una mujer cariñosa, compasiva y muy amada. Ella siempre estuvo ahi por todos los que la necesitaban y daba los mejores consejos con un corazon bueno y abierto. Por esto, muchos la consideraban tia, abuela o segunda madre. Ella conocio a su esposo Luis en Santa Monica, Puerto Rico, se caso y tuvo dos hijos antes de mudarse para los Estados Unidos donde muchos familiares ya vivian. Ella dedico su vida a criar sus familia con muchos valores y amor y sacrifico mucho para siempre estar ahi por sus hijos. En el año 1999 ella se convirtio en abuela por la cual estaba muy encantada. Ella tuvo tres nietos mas quien ella amaba tanto y otra nieta en camino antes de su fallesimiento. Maria fue una dedicada y firme creyente de Jehova Dios y fue bautizada en 2020, cumpliendo su muy esperado sueño. Ella disfrutaba muchas cosas pero lo que mas le encantaba era pasar tiempo de calidad rodeada por su familia. Maria Esther va a ser extrañada grandemente por muchos, pero mas que todo, su familia.

Maria es sobrevivida por su hijo, Luis Rodriguez, sus hijos Luis Llandel y Jowell Jaziel (JJ) Rodriguez, y su hija Maria Rodriguez-Goshey, y sus hijas Genesis Marie y Natalie Nicole Vargas, y su nieta por nacer, junto a sus hermanas Lydia y Margarita y numerosos sobrinos y sobrinas.

El velatorio funerario para los que desean decir su ultimo adios a Maria Esther sera en Sabado el 5 de Agosto, a las 2p.m., sequido por un servicio memorial a las 4 p.m. en el Kingom Hall de Los Testigos de Jehova, 1120 Woodland Ave, Norristown, PA 19403. Por la razon de que Maria Esther tenia un Espiritu muy bello, brillante y Feliz, les pedimos a todos los que van a asistir que se vistan con colores claros o de blanco y favor de abstenerse de traer simbolos religiosos como estos no estan en conformidad con su creencia, Gracias.

Maria Esther Jimenez, age 70, loving mother of two and adoring wife of late husband Luis Rodriguez, passed away in the late hours of the 22nd of July after a long and courageous battle with ALS. Maria was born in 1953 in Morovis, Puerto Rico, and grew up surrounded by a loving, humble, and hardworking family. She was one of seven siblings, all sisters and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins who she often spoke of nostalgically. In her teenage years she loved singing and paired up as a duet with her sister Margarita to perform at school. When she was a young adult, she helped make possible the dream of building a home for her mother and father. Maria was strongly influenced by her family and was a loving, compassionate, and caring woman. She was always there for anyone who needed her and gave the best advice she could with a kind and open heart. Because of this, many consider her an aunt, grandma or second mother, even if she was not technically so. She met her husband Luis in Santa Monica, Puerto Rico, got married and had two children before moving to the United States, where many of her family members where living. She dedicated her life to raising her family and sacrificed so much to be there for her children. In 1999 she became a grandmother and was thrilled beyond compare. She had three other grandchildren whom she adored, and another granddaughter on the way before her passing. Maria was a dedicated and firm believer of Jehovah God and was baptized in 2020, fulfilling her long-awaited dream of hers. She enjoyed doing many things, but what she loved the most was spending quality time surrounded by family. She will be greatly missed by many but most of all her family.

Maria is survived by son, Luis Rodriguez, his children Luis Llandel Rodriguez and Jowell Jaziel (JJ) Rodriguez, and her daughter, Maria Rodriguez-Goshey, and her children Genesis Marie and Natalie Nicole Vargas, and her unborn granddaughter, along with sisters Lydia and Margarita, and numerous other nieces and nephews.

There will be a viewing for those who would like to say their last goodbye to Maria Esther on Saturday, August 5th at 2 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 4 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1120 Woodland Ave, Norristown, PA 19403.

Because of Maria Esther’s beautiful, bright, and happy spirit we are asking those attending to wear either white or light colors to her service and please refrain from bringing religious symbols as these are not in accordance with her beliefs. Thank you.
