Jeanne Ellen (Clements) (Laputka) Hafner of Lower Providence passed away on June 29, 2019 at Einstein Montgomery Medical Center. She was 71 years old. Born in Philadelphia on November 5, 1947 and was the daughter of the late James Frederick and Alma Marie (Algard) Clements.

Along with her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband; Robert Hafner. She is survived by her 2 sons; Jason and Michael Laputka, and her brother; James Clements.

Service and Interment will be private.
