James S. Davis Jr. of Skippack, PA. passed into the presence of his Lord and Savior on August 14, 2020. Jim, as he was known, was born in Philadelphia on October 16, 1948. James S. Davis Jr. of Skippack, PA. passed into the presence of his Lord and Savior on August 14, 2020. Jim, as he was known, was born in Philadelphia on October 16, 1948. He was a graduate of Olney High School and had retired from a career of military service with the United States Air Force. Many knew his welcoming smile at his part time job with North Penn Gulf in Lansdale. Jim is survived by his loving wife Rachel Davis; his sons Sean, Chris, and Joel; his brothers John, Tim, Steve, Dan, and David; and his sister Beth. His sister Linda passed away in 1998. He was loved by his many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. Early on Jim was known for his love of sports, playing Sandlot baseball, basketball, football, and racquetball. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Road King, especially with his brothers and nephews. He will never be forgotten for his love and generosity.
