Jacque Hurley Obituary

Jacque D. Hurley of Royersford passed away peacefully at his residence on May 21,2021 from lymphoma. He was 73 years old. Born in Carlisle, PA on October 27, 1947 and was the son of the late Marshall and Grace (Smee) Hurley.

Jacque was a veteran of the Air Force serving his country from 1965 to 1968 in the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged. He was a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer and after 30 years retired from the Ford / Visteon plant in Lansdale.

Jacque was a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church in Collegeville. He loved participating in the church choir and had a beautiful voice. He sang like an angel!

He is survived by his wife; Susan M. (Hysick) Hurley, his two sons; Jacque D. Hurley II of Trooper and Justin D. Hurley of Royersford, one daughter; Sonja M. Hurley of Reading, his brother; James Hurley, and his three sisters; Marcia Leeds, Carole Chronister, and Joan Hiser.

The family may be planning a memorial service at a later date.
