Dorothy J. “Dottie” (Bramall) Dias of Burlington, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2018. She was 84 years old. Born in Mount Holly, NJ on July 20, 1933. She was the daughter of the late Lewis and Violet (Ashton) Bramall. Dottie worked for the City of Burlington for many years. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, and watching her grandchildren grow. She had a life long love of animals including her two Maltese dogs, Charlie and Chester. Dottie was a very caring and loving person who had a great sense of humor. Her optimistic nature brought joy to everyone. She will be greatly missed and was much loved by her family and friends.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Marvin Dias, and a brother; William Ashton. Dorothy is survived by her daughters; Sharon Anderson (Paul) and Nancy DiCecco (Steve), her sisters; Edna Morrissey and Peg Patterson. Also survived by five grandchildren; John Killelea, Gregory, Evan, Eric, and Katie Anderson and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, July 14th from 9-10 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM at St. Paul’s Church, 223 East Union Street, Burlington, NJ 08016. Interment at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
