David Fancis Alberto III, 50, of Oreland Pennsylvania. Died at home after a year long battle of stomach cancer on February 11, 2021.
David is survived by his mother, Grace Richmond, daughter Brittney Alberto-Cutler, her fiancé, Daniel Yeager, granddaughter Savannah McNamara, his wife, Rizalina, 5 sisters, 3 brothers, 1 aunt and 1 uncle on his maternal side, aunts and uncles on his paternal side, and several cousins. David was a loving son, father, pop-pop, brother, cousin, and was an amazing person to everyone he knew.
He was a caring, loving, funny, humble, kind, and sweet person. He absolutely loved football. Especially the Philadelphia Eagles. He was a die-hard fan; even when they did not have a good season. He was a great bowler, even won a couple of tournaments when he was in a league. He loved eating spaghetti or pizza while watching tv. And he loved eating peanut butter by the spoon full. His favorite thing in the world was being a great pop-pop to his princess (Savannah). He always made sure that he could be helpful to others. He was an amazing man that way. He was a roofer for over 30 years. Winning several awards for projects that he had done. He loved what he did.
Dave was very passionate; he left a big impact on everyone that he has ever met. People always talked about how funny and great he was.
He died peacefully at home with the people that he loved and cared about the most. His mother, Grace, daughter, Brittney, brother Anthony Alberto, cousin, John Reynolds, cousin, Jen Driesbach, and dear friend, Charlotte Furcron-Lane. He will truly be missed, and always loved.
There will be a celebration of life after Covid restrictions are over, with close family and friends.
