Charles R. Slobodzian Sr.

Chuck, “Moose, Goose”, passed away at home in Blue Bell on July 8, 2021, he was 57. He lived with his ex-wife and lifelong friend Lucy, their daughter Jamie and granddaughter Bella Sutch, in Blue Bell, PA.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Esther & Joe Slobodzian and his brothers, Don and Steve Oberholtzer.

He is survived by his children, Jamie Slobodzian, Briana Daniels and his son Chuck Slobodzian, Jr. Chuck has 4 grandchildren, Bella Sutch, Paxton Alexander, Dash & Collins Daniels. His siblings, Christine Julian (Gene), Joe Oberholtzer (Charlene) and Ken Oberholtzer (Karen Buki), along with several nieces and nephews.

Chuck loved his children, grandchildren, family and friends. He loved playing crazy 8’s, camping with family and friends and any picnic was a reason to celebrate. He was proud of his gardening skills and over the years he could be found working in the garden or digging dirt with one of the grandkids. His skill at landscaping earned him many compliments on Chalk Ave. He was very creative and it was a reason for conversations. He worked as a roofer, labor & foreman for Henkel’s & McCoy, and Advanced Fiber. Chuck had many skills which he would use to help family and friends. 

Relatives and friends invited to his visitation on Tuesday August 10th from 10 - 11 AM followed by Memorial Service 11:00 AM at the Raffeo - DiCecco Memorial Home 19 East Germantown Pike Norristown, PA 19401
