William “Todd” Williams, 59, of Burnham and New Providence, PA, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2026. Born in Lancaster, PA, he was the son of the late E. George and Rowena D. (née Duncan) Williams and the brother of the late Melodi Roop. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna (née Bachman) Williams.

Todd attended Penn Manor School and spent his life working as a mechanic, a profession he truly enjoyed. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Todd had a passion for working on cars, riding his four-wheeler, and loved poker runs! He also loved spending time riding his Harley.

In addition to his wife, Todd is survived by his children: Curtis Williams, fiancé of Valon McGarvey, Courtney Blair, wife of Kevin Blair, Danielle Flahart, Cody Williams and Vanessa Williams. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren: Makenna, Bronson, Shawn, Shyanne, Laci, Chris, Robbie, Kayleigh and Deliah, as well as four great-grandchildren. Todd is also survived by his siblings: brothers, Jonathan Williams and George Williams and sister Leslie Seladones.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced once arrangements have been finalized.
