Vicki Ann Smith passed away June 16, 2025. Born in Tyrone, PA, she was the daughter of the late Donald Raymond and Antoinette Helen (Ladarola) Smith. She was a graduate of Pottstown Senior High School and resided in Coopersburg, PA.

Vicki worked at Grandview Hospital for over 20 years before seeking her associates degree in medical billing. In her free time she enjoyed traveling abroad, weekend trips to local destinations, and family gatherings. She was a lover of people, food, and music. She had a hardy laugh and a zest for life, always looking for an adventure.

She is survived by her brother, Donald Smith "Smitty"; children, Stephanie A. Lease (Chad Z. Albright) and Mark R. Lease; grandchildren, Julian Z. Albright, Collin W. Albright, and Preston C. Albright, niece, Christina Kriebel and her children, Jojo and Jaelynn Perdono; stepchild Melissa Pankowitz Baker (Cory), and their children, Jacob A., Rylynn E., and Lucas A. Baker; and many more family and in-laws. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Michael Anthony Smith and son, Luke A. Lease.
