Theresa M. Vaszily, of King of Prussia, PA, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025, at the age of 75. Born in Philadelphia on December 15, 1949, Theresa was the  beloved daughter of the late Vincent A. and Alberta M. (Edwards) Fermamento. She was married to the late Charles J. Vaszily, Sr., with whom she shared many cherished years.

Theresa's greatest joy in life was her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth and love shaped the lives of those around her. She is survived by her children: Charles Joseph Vaszily, Jr. and his wife Bobbi Joi (Lane) Vaszily; Sherry Vaszily and her husband Thomas Casey; and Dawn (Vaszily) Hamm and her husband Wilson Hamm. She is also survived by her siblings Albert Fermamento, Dolly Fermamento, and Nancy (Fermamento) Michael.

Theresa was the proud grandmother of CJ Vaszily, Mariah (Vaszily) Innocent, Alexis (Vaszily) McAleer, Wilson Jr. Hamm, Nikki (Casey) Gupta, Brittany Hamm, and Dylan Hamm. She was also blessed with eight adored great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Theresa was predeceased by her son Brian Vaszily and her brothers Anthony Fermamento, Vincent Fermamento, and Robert Fermamento.

Theresa will be remembered for her kindness, her unwavering love for her family, and the strength she carried throughout her life.

At Theresa's request there will be no viewing however a private service will be held for immediate family members at a later date.
