Susan Lee Anderson, 78, of Ambler, PA, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2026. Born in Summit, NJ, and raised in Westfield, NJ, she was the daughter of John Wallen and Mary (née Erb) Anderson.

Susan graduated from Michigan State University, got a Masters in Architecture from University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Wharton Business School. In her younger years she was quite adventurous. She worked summers in Germany and South Africa, travelled with a friend from South Africa up through to Egypt, and she was an architect at two ancient Egyptian excavation sites. And she loved her dogs.

Susan is survived by her brother, William Wallen Anderson and her niece Eleanor Grace Coan Anderson, both of Bristol, UK.

Relatives and friends are invited to Susan’s funeral service on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM at St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church, Whitemarsh, 7020 Camp Hill Road, Fort Washington, PA 19034. Interment will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 1:30 PM in Fairview Cemetery, 1100 E. Broad Street, Westfield, NJ 07090.
