Ronald James Davenport, 83, of Doylestown Twp., Pennsylvania, passed away on August 12th, 2026. Born in Abington, Pennsylvania, he was the son of J. Woerner and Anna (Tomassetti) Davenport. Ronald graduated from Neshaminy High School in 1960 and went on to build a fulfilling career in sales before retiring.
He was the beloved husband of Dorothy (Fassett) Davenport, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, companionship, and cherished memories. He was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, and proud great-grandfather, and his family was truly the center of his world.
Ronald will be remembered for the love and dedication he showed to his family and for the many simple moments that made life meaningful. He enjoyed spending time with those he loved, playing racquetball, and visiting the target range. Above all, he treasured the time spent with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his children, Mindy Davenport, Lori Davenport, Todd Davenport, and Robin Paul and her husband, Scott Paul; his grandchildren, Paige Springer, Corbin Springer, Ruby Hobson, Jaymeson Paul, Carter Paul, Annabelle Davenport, and Vivian Davenport; and his great-grandchildren, Bria Wilson and Lachlan Macaulay.
His family was his greatest joy and his proudest accomplishment. The love he gave so freely, the memories he created, and the quiet strength of his presence will remain with them always. Though he will be deeply missed, his love will live on through the generations of family who were blessed to know him. Ronald will forever be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, and beloved great-grandfather.
