Mark Spencer Obituary Mark Wayne Spencer, 64, of Downingtown, sadly passed away on May 10, 2023. Mark was born on January 8, 1959, in Coatesville, PA, to Carmen Lepori Brown and the late John W. Spencer, Jr. After graduation, Mark went on to become a Master Chef. Mark will be greatly missed by his son, Anthony Neill Spencer, mother Carmen Brown, stepfather James Brown, brothers John W. Spencer, III (Julie) and Michael Spencer, sister Melissa Keller (Herbert), stepsister Lynn Bailey, stepbrother Howard Martin (Dee) and loving maternal aunts, uncles, and cousins. Mark was preceded in death by his father John W. Spencer, Jr., grandmother Helen Spencer and aunt Nancy DiMatteo. Mark devoted his life to his son and family. He was a lifelong friend to anyone who touched his life and made an impact on many lives. Mark cared so deeply for the people around him. His love of family, friends, music, and culinary creations gave him great joy in life. Services will be held privately.
