Marilyn Nienalt Obituary Marilyn Joan Nienalt (FKA Coppola) passed away on December 3rd, 2020 after a long fight with a multitude of painful conditions. She was surrounded by her children as she blazed a trail into the next world, ending several years of debilitating pain and suffering. She is survived by her husband Thomas, sister Regina, brother Joseph, daughters Christine and Nicol, son Joseph, many grandchildren and her two great granddaughters. Marilyn's family worked hard to ensure she was in as little pain as possible over these trying final few years. Her daughter Nicol was her primary caregiver and showed immeasurable strength and compassion as she provided a home full of light and love to her mother. Marilyn's husband Thomas, her daughter Christine, and Christine's children Nickolas and Caitlyn all played key support roles as Marilyn entered the final phases of her life. Blessed with natural good looks and "the gift of gab", Marilyn was ahead of her time in the work world and excelled in a variety of sales and customer service positions for companies like Goodway Printing and Met Life and was often the only woman in her workplace. She loved her family and cherished the great relationships she had with late older brother Bobby, sister Regina, and baby brother Joe. She doted on many nieces, her lone nephew, many grandchildren, and her two great granddaughters until the day she died. A lifelong animal lover, she supported organizations like People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, the United Way, and UNICEF.
