Keith Landis Obituary Keith A. Landis, 60, passed away peacefully at Lancaster General Hospital under hospice care on Monday, January 27, 2025. Born in Chambersburg, PA, Keith was the dearly loved son of Richard and Lois Landis. He lived most of his adult life in Lancaster County. Keith earned a BA in business from Messiah College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. A smart, energetic, and creative businessman, Keith began his career in title and mortgage businesses. He was later hired by Campus Door and then MRU Holdings in NYC. He worked most recently for Smuckers Energy, offering expertise that continues to benefit the company. A lively and friendly person, Keith enjoyed many hobbies, obtaining his pilots license, becoming a certified Divemaster, playing golf, coaching a daughters soccer team, launching rockets and flying simulated flights with his son, and growing roses. Most recently, he was working on a doctoral degree in organizational leadership and volunteering at Calvary Church. Keith is survived by his children, Jacqueline Gascot (Vincent), Mariah Zimmerman (Dale), Vaughn Landis, and Sydney Landis. Also surviving are his parents, Richard and Lois, his brothers Karl and Ken, and his former spouse and mother of his children Caroline Pease. Keiths memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28 at 11 AM at Calvary Church in Lancaster. There will be no viewing, but the family will receive visitors beginning at 10:00 AM.
