Justin Mooney Obituary Justin Robert Mooney was born on September 6, 1979, and passed away unexpectedly April 12, 2024. He grew up in West Chester, PA with his parents Reina Lori Mooney and Robert Mooney Jr. Justin is now reunited with his sister Jacqueline and his daughter Skylar, his grandparents and all other family and friends who will forever be cherished and missed. He is survived by his parents, his fianc Kristen, niece Aubrey, nephew Bryce, as well as Aunts, Uncles and many cousins that celebrate Justin and honor his memory.
