Joseph Rusk Obituary Joseph Benjamin Rusk Born on June 30, 1986, at Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville, PA. Joseph (better known to friends and family as Joey or Joe) was the son of Karen (Drapikoski) Rusk of Royersford, and Jeffrey Benjamin Rusk of New Jersey. Joey grew up in the Oaks & Spring City areas, and worked as a house painter, as well as being a tattoo artist and very talented at all things computer related. He also loved music and playing the guitar. He died at Pottstown Hospital on January 8th, 2023, at the age of 36. He is survived and mourned by his parents; 4 brothers - Justin Rusk, Jason Rusk, Julian Rusk, and Dylan Rozinski; a step-grandmother, Barbara Drapikoski of Delaware, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a longtime girlfriend. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Joseph Drapikoski of Oaks and Sharon Drapikoski of Phoenixville, and paternal grandparents Ed & Barbara Rusk, as well as,an uncle, Robert Drapikoski of New York City, NY, and an aunt, Kelly Marchionne, of Sidman, PA. Joey had an amazing smile and a great sense of humor which was uplifting to everyone around him. He was protective of his mother and brothers and looked forward to a future with his girlfriend, Ashlie, and to being a stepfather to her sons. He is missed terribly and remembered with so much love.
