Joseph T. McGrath, age 75, of Lansdale, PA, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his family on March 21, 2025 after a four-year battle with Alzheimer's disease.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on December 15, 1949, Joseph was the youngest son of the late Marie Adele and Thomas H. McGrath.

Armed with a quick wit and a unique sense of humor, Joseph couldn't resist a good pun. He enjoyed strategy games, old war movies, poker, and science fiction, and he favored fencing and karate over traditional sports. He took pride in having a personal code of honor and he could keep a secret with the best of them. He loved his family and did everything he could to provide for them.

Joseph graduated from Father Judge High School in 1967 and Drexel University in 1972, where he studied Chemistry and worked at the Navy Yard through the school's co-op program. In his professional career, he worked as a purchasing manager for technology and financial services companies such as Leeds & Northrup, United Technologies, Users Inc. and Fiserv until his retirement.

Joseph is survived by the mother of his children, Kathleen McGrath; his sons Adam R. McGrath (Patrice) and Alex R. McGrath; his granddaughter Emily J. McGrath; his brothers Thomas W. McGrath (Alma) and James J. McGrath (Kathleen); and his nieces and nephews.
