Jennifer Lynn Rogers of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania passed away on May 3, 2025 in Pennsylvania. She was born on December 23, 1976 in Arcadia, California.

Jennifer worked as a certified nurse assistant in the Poconos for many years which she enjoyed. Jennifer loved the beach and walking the boardwalk. The light of her life was her daughter and granddaughter.

Jennifer is survived by her beloved daughter Katie Rogers, and significant other Mark Black. Their daughter Shelbie Rae Black of Kunkletown, PA. Her sister Jami Baker and husband Tony baker Jr. and their daughter Paige Baker of Hemet, California. As well as her brother Jason Phelps of Hemet, California.

She was predeceased by her grandmother Corinne Rogers and mother Linda Phelps.

She cherished her granddaughter Shelbie Rae.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
