Jean Biddle Obituary Jean Rosalyn Biddle ( Winters ) DOB 2-28-1953 DOD- 2-20-2023 Jean Biddle or Jeanne as her close friends and family referred to her has passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on February 20th, 2023. Jean is survived by her daughter Suzanne Titus and her grandson Liam Titus . Jean was the wife of her late husband Horace C. Biddle. Jean is also survived by 2 brothers, Willis Spence and John Winters. Jean was the daughter of and preceded in passing by her mother Betty and her father Paul. She is also preceded in passing by her brother and 2 sisters, Paul "Jimmy" Winters, Judy and Betty Jo. Jean Was born in Johnstown Pennsylvania and relocated to Downingtown Pennsylvania in her younger years where she was a graduate of Downingtown High. She remained a resident of Downingtown the majority of her adult life. Jeanne worked many jobs serving the public which gave her great joy and accomplishment. Jean retired from the workforce in 2016. Close to retirement Jean took up residence with her daughter Suzanne, Suzannes husband Jim, and her grandson Liam who was the apple of her eye. Jean Loved spending time and talking with her family and close friends.. Jean was an avid reader who especially enjoyed reading Mystery Novels. Jean was a lover of flowers and loved to garden in her younger years. Celebration of Life Services will be held privately at a later date. Services Private Service
