James Yankura Obituary Retired sergeant, James S. Yankura, a.k.a. "Tex" from Boyertown, PA, was employed by Pennsylvania State Institution, Graterford Prison. He passed away peacefully on February 13, 2023 in the presence of family and friends. He had been fighting cancer since February, 2022.
