They built their life together in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, raising their two children, Maria and Raymond, where their home was always filled with warmth, laughter and many Italian traditions. In 2004, they relocated to an active adult community in Allentown, NJ, where Gloria cherished the camaraderie of her neighbors, enjoyed block parties, and celebrated holidays at the clubhouse.
A lover of the shore, Gloria and Remo acquired a beach house in Seaside Park, NJ, where they created many cherished memories over two plus decades of summers spent with family and friends.
Gloria was a dedicated mother and grandmother (Mema). She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. Gloria especially loved her role as Mema. She was there for every play, game, concert, birthday and beach days with her cherished grandsons. Her greatest joy came from being with her whole family.
Gloria was an amazing cook and delighted in hosting family gatherings, especially every Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving and family dinner on Sundays at 2 p.m. She also orchestrated many memorable vacations with her children and grandchildren including a trip to Italy to visit the origins of her family. She also enjoyed crocheting, sewing, playing cards and following her grandchildren around her home with a dust buster.
