Gail Downey Obituary On Monday, Feb 12, 2024 Gail Downey, 73, passed away at Pottstown hospital. Mrs. Downey resided in Phoenixville, PA but was born in Chester, PA. She was a bright & cheery little Jewish lady who proudly raised her children and received her Bachelors in Political Science from Temple University. Her parents were Sarah Kluse (Zuckerman) & William Kluse. Gail is survived by her husband Robert Downey, daughter Melanie Downey & her husband Mark Nadolny, son Bryan Downey & his wife Sarah Downey (Weinberg) & their children Liam & Emma Downey, as well as half sister Pat Thomson & her husband Ron. A celebration of life party will take place in May. Services Family to do services at later date
