Gabriel MacDonald Obituary Gabriel MacDonald of Lansdale passed away on September 29, 2023. He was 42 years old. Born in Philadelphia on January 16, 1981 and is the son of Daniel P. and Donna (Kern) MacDonald. Gabriel is survived by both of his parents; Daniel P & Donna (Kern) MacDonald, his children; Jasmine (Corey Wambold), & Alex MacDonald, his sisters; Donna (Ed Hewitt), Nicole (James Ball), sister in laws' ; Alicia MacDonald & Alison MacDonald. Gabe is also survived by his favorite little man, his grandson Coleson Bear and soon expecting another grandson, Noah. Gabe was adored by all of his neices & nephews; Brittany, Daniel, Kailey, Maggie, Brody, Kaitlin, Jude, Gavin, Colin, Connor, Dylan, Evangeline, Kayla, Seth & Damien. He has over 60 first cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers Daniel & Jude.
