Frederick Bangert Sr. Obituary Frederick "Butch" G. Bangert Sr. passed away peacefully in his home of 67 years in Norristown PA on April 6th 2023. Born September 13th 1952 in Phoenixville PA, Butch was the beloved son of the late Francis and Virginia Bangert (nee Miller). Butch attended Eisenhower High School in Norristown PA. Afterward, he worked for many years as a truck driver. Butchs hobbies included camping, fishing, riding his motorcycle and traveling with his children all the while filming the places he would visit and always with a cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee and his trademark blue denim jacket, shirt, and pants regardless of the weather. He had a passion for "oldies" music especially Johnny Cash & The King, Elvis Presley. Blessed with a big heart, Butch loved unconditionally. He loved to joke with everyone he met laughing with his trademark "ahee!" Butch was the loving father of daughters Heather Gordon (Robert) and Tinisha (Nathanael) and sons Frederick "BJ" Jr. and Jeremiah. He was also the doting Pop-Pop of Jazmine, Melody, Malcolm, Noah and Jaxsyn. Butch is survived by his siblings, sister Linda Owad (Dave), and brothers Franny (Sharon), Billy (Nancy), and Danny (Joan).
