Elizabeth A. (Clarke) Williams was born on April 13, 1963 in Norristown, PA, daughter of the late Hazel and Elijah Clarke.

Known to family and friends as "Deanie," she was a proud graduate of Chestnut Hill College and spent her career as a Certified Public Accountant. She loved her family deeply and without condition. Especially her grandchildren! She looked forward to family gatherings and would bring her famous mac n cheese or potato salad. The beach was her happy place. She found solace in the sound of ocean waves.

She was married to Jeffrey S. Williams, Sr. and from their union there were four children.

She is survived by her husband, one son, Jeffrey S. Williams, Jr and three daughters, Desha (Wali) Dickson, Adrienne Williams, Kelly (Christopher) Handy and seven grandchildren: Savannah, Brayden, Kacie, Jaedyn, Donovan, Sophia and Drew. As well as her siblings, nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was predeceased by her sisters Gloria Williams and Virginia Clarke.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, April 7, 2025 from 10am to 11am at Raffeo-DiCecco Memorial Home, 403 E. Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401.  A service will immediately follow at 11am in the funeral home.  Interment will be private.
