Doreen Cawley Obituary It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Doreen Cawley, December 10, 2024, at the age of 75. Doreen was born on May 1, 1949, in Phillipsburg, NJ to Thomas and Tetje (DeBoer) Cawley. Doreen will be lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild: Rachel Durrell and her husband Edward J. Durrell Jr., Gretchen Madtes and her husband Andy Madtes and their two children Isabelle and Gianna, one great-grandchild Zaen, and Zachary Kline and his daughter Wren. Surviving relatives are her 7 brothers and sisters: Tom, Wayne Lynn, Daniel, Todd, Tetje, Paul along with Aunt Murnie, Uncle Frank and extended family members. Doreens most significant accomplishment was raising her 3 children. Doreen worked as an administrative assistant for many years and supported the Seniors Helping Seniors organization as a caregiver. She always was trying new things and expanding her knowledge of life. She enjoyed many things line dancing, tennis, painting, art and being outdoors with nature walk/hiking.
