Cynthia Ann Roberts, of Pottstown, PA passed away on November 30, 2025 at the age of 73. Born in Salisbury, MD, Cynthia was the daughter of Earl Handy and Edna Lucille (Smith) Roberts II. Ann, as we all called her, finished her education in the job corps in Hazleton, PA.

She loved to write poems, listen to music and play spades. She is survived by her son Ricky Maurice Roberts. Who she named after Ricky Nelson from the Ozzie and Harriet Show, his middle name is after Uncle Maurice Easley, a young man that our grandmother took in as one of her own and raised him in the family home. Cynthia's sister, Theresa, has a son named Marcus Roberts who she claimed as her second son. She looked forward to his many visits to her room at the nursing home, as long as he had her diet soda and some goodies for her to snack on. Cynthia would often change her name to Pickles, Peaches and Cotton Candy which were some of her favorite foods.

Cynthia's parents and 2 brothers Dennis Smith and Earl H. Roberts III have preceded her in death. Following her passing Cynthia leaves to mourn four siblings, George (Ann) Smith of Suffolk, VA, Earnest (Maryjo) Smith of Reading, PA, Vincent (Cynthia) Roberts of Fishers, IN, Theresa (🥰) Roberts -Lewes of Delaware.

To Gwen, Deedee, Vanessa, Tod, Earnest, Jr., Marcelina, Marcus, Deardiss, Vincent, Shiya, Damon, Joy, Kevin, and Korey - Aunt Ann loved you all very much.
