Cosmo A. DiCecco Obituary Cosmo A. DiCecco of Havertown passed away on June 4th at the age of 93. He was preceded in death by his wife; Philomena "Phil" DiCecco Cos is survived by his 3 children; Carol A. (Tom) Rafferty, Stephen F. (Nancy) DiCecco and Donna M. (Mike) Foster. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
