Brian F. McElroy, of Elizabethtown, PA passed away on January 20, 2026 at the age of 65. Born July 3rd, 1960, in Phoenixville, PA, he was the son of Francis X. and Helen M. (nee Markus) McElroy.

He graduated from PAHS in 1978. Brian attended RACC 78-80 and was employed for 30 years at DMAI in Lancaster PA as a Project manager.

Brian enjoyed all types of music genres and learning to play bass guitar. He was a member of the table hockey league of Hershey (THLH). Family gatherings were always a welcome activity. Brian was a Sons of the American Legion, post 329 Adjutant. He was involved in planning many community projects. Service to his community was dear to his heart.

Brian is survived by his two sisters, Karen A. Sechler and Kathleen Durante as well as 4 nephews. His dog Lady was his most precious companion.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at the American Legion post 329 in Elizabethtown on Saturday February 14th from 1pm - 3pm.
