Bernice Barsh Obituary Bernice Shirley Barsh of East Norriton passed away at Suburban Woods Health and Rehabilitation Center on August 16, 2023. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa on October 22,1934 and was the daughter of Sam and Claire Juros. She was a beloved wife of Stanford Barsh for 45 years until his death in 2000. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Dr. Leonard Juros. Mother to Charles, of blessed memory, (Sally) Barsh, Lissa (Gary) Friedland, Saul (Nam) Barsh, Grannye to Ben, Mollye, Allie, Jordan, Ava, Zane, and Chase. Bernice was creative, bold, charming, a trendsetter, and a powerhouse. She successfully worked at Gambergs Furniture for 17 years where she sold furniture to customers, and helped them decorate their homes. She had a passion for fashion, loved to read, and was an Exercise Enthusiast. She was buried along side of her husband Stanford at Montefiore Cemetery in Jenkintown, Pa.
