Agnes Duchesne Obituary Agnes B. Duchesne of Norristown, PA formerly of Peekskill and Ossining, N.Y., passed away December 20, 2018 from a long struggle with lung disease. She was 76 years old. She was born in Queens, N.Y. on October 10, 1942 and was the daughter of the late Alphonso and Mildred (Pagano) Duchesne. Agnes was known to her family as Cookie and,quite often,was referred to as " Aunt Cookie " at family functions. Agnes loved spending time with her family and was always up for a game of challenge and gamble which she usually won. Agnes four grandchildren meant the world to her and she was their special Nani. She enjoyed playing games with them or just sitting around telling funny stories. It was always fun times when Nani was around ! Agnes loved animals and their safety was so important to her, often "taking in" that lonely stray. She donated to the ASPCA and other animal organizations. She especially loved her cats Abby and Cosmo. Her love for casinos and traveling took her on many trips. She especially liked the big ships and the ocean views. She loved to travel with her lady friends. Agnes had a great sense of humor and always made people laugh and smile. Agnes will be missed so much by everyone who knew her. Her spunk, smile and laugh will live on forever! Agnes is survived by her children Pam Farrell, Cynthia Kizer, Joe Laquidara and daughter in law Beckie Laquidara.Her grandchildren Amanda Farrell, Jamie Kizer, and Mia and Lincoln Laquidara. Services will be held in both Norristown, PA and Cortlandt Manor N.Y..
